Cross-Cultural Performance Management (CCPM)
Designed to enable Japanese expatriates to grasp the cultural assumptions held by their U.S. subsidiary employees regarding performance management, in order to more effectively motivate subordinates, manage performance, and conduct performance reviews and appraisals across cultures.
